Examples of Previous Work:

Social content and resources for Dan Pink

We've been working with Dan Pink for over a decade. Our goal for Dan is to remove the design and technical burdens so that he can do what he's good at. We built a resources system for Dan years ago, it is now filterable depending on what type of content you are looking for, and from what book.

Below are some examples of our social strategy for Dan. We post 1-sentence book descriptions, quotes, and questions to his social media to keep a steady rhythm. We send a newsletter about once a month.

Video strategy and social for Andreas Widmer

Andreas loved the design of his book, which included artistic embellishments. So we went with that same style for the website and site design. He was also very good at communicating in-person, so we helped him develop a plan of how to use video effectively. The elements we co-created with Andreas were quotes for social media, case studies to share, a "start here" page for new readers, and a series of video interviews.

Louisville.com Social Updates

While not a book, our role with Louisville Magazine is to make it easy to connect and hear from Louisvillians all over. Using the source of the Home Is collaboration, we crafted several types of images to engage with users on Facebook and Instagram. We took that to Instagram with a series of questions and posts to encourage engagement and conversation.

Caroline Webb - LinkedIn Video Series

We partnered with Caroline Webb to produce a video series that would take place LIVE on LinkedIn every week for 6 weeks. The videos followed a curriculum she had developed. We worked with her to develop the branding and design materials, as well as the system that fulfilled the bonuses website visitors would gain access to. This was a great exercise for both of us in working to build her thought leadership component on LinkedIn. Caroline now has several online courses through LinkedIn Learning.

Interactive Content / Quizzes

Some of the most effective ways to engage with readers is to build interactive elements. Below are some examples of quizzes and assessments that we've built for our clients during launch campaigns.

How does it work?

It all starts with the manuscript (as it should)

Once you're ready to launch your book to new heights, simply provide us with your manuscript—the heart and soul of your literary masterpiece. We'll treat your work with the utmost respect and dive deep into its pages to uncover its unique potential.

The manuscript review fee is $497. Once you submit your manuscript (don't worry, there's a non-disclosure agreement we take very seriously), we will review and meet with you to consult on your project.*

We meet with you to review the plan and establish your voice.

After reviewing the manuscript, we meet to get to know you and understand your vision for the book. During this session, we'll discuss your voice preferences, target audience, and goals for the marketing campaign.

We unleash our systematic creativity

Our talented team will embark on a systematic journey through your book, meticulously analyzing every aspect of the source material. We'll extract the essence of your book, capturing its magic and transforming it into compelling marketing content.

Step by step, we'll work diligently to bring your vision to life, delivering marketing materials that align with your voice and goals. Our systematic approach ensures no detail is overlooked, leaving no doubt that your book's marketing campaign is in expert hands.

With Literary Launchpad, your manuscript becomes a catalyst for success. We'll transform your story into captivating marketing magic, sharing it with the world and positioning it for the success it deserves.
